Return Policy with Warranty Terms
Returns: We are unable to accept returns on any purchases. We encourage you to review your order carefully and ensure the products meet your needs before finalizing your purchase.
1-Year Warranty for Coolers This warranty covers failures under normal use conditions but does not extend to damages caused by misuse or accidents. This warranty is valid only if the seal on the back of the machine remains undamaged. If the seal is broken or tampered with, the warranty becomes void. For warranty claims, contact us with proof of purchase and details of the issue.
Warranty Claims:

- Manufacturer Involvement: We will coordinate with the manufacturer on your behalf to resolve the issue.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your items upon delivery. If you encounter any issues such as defective or damaged items, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately at thedrinkcooler@gmail.com. We are here to help resolve any problems quickly.
Inspect Your Machine Upon Arrival: Upon receiving your cooler, please inspect it to ensure it is in proper standing position. If you find the machine has been delivered on its side, carefully bring it back to a standing position.
Caution Before Use: If the machine was on its side at any point during transportation, it is crucial that you do not start the machine for at least 24 hours after repositioning it upright. This waiting period allows internal mechanisms to settle and prevents any potential damage, ensuring optimal performance and longevity of your cooler.
Non-returnable Items We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for products that have been used or removed from their original packaging, due to hygiene and safety reasons. For unused products returned in their original condition, we will inspect them and may issue a refund at our discretion. We will confirm the decision via email.
